Shivalaya to Everest Base Camp
Mountain People Life Style.

For the first week, it’s a real roller-coaster holiday, as we trek ‘across the grain’ of the country over high passes and through the deep valleys of the Solu Khumbu region. During the day, we enjoy trekking through an unspoilt Himalayan landscape. Whilst, each evening, we check-in at a simple lodge, usually situated in one of the many peaceful Sherpa villages on our route. Reaching the Dudh Kosi River, we pass beneath the airfield at Lukla and continue northwards to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to one of the most remarkable high mountain landscapes on earth.
