A trip will take you over some of the best scenery on earth, as you share airspace with Himalayan gryphon vultures, eagles, kites and float over villages, monasteries, temples, lakes and jungle, with a fantastic view of the majestic Himalaya. Nepal forms a rectangle on the southern slopes of the Himalaya and is without exception, the most stunning country is imaginable. The main area for paragliding is the Pokhara valley, commanding views of 3 of the worlds 8000m peaks with friendly and constant conditions for your paragliding holiday.

A Paraglider is a foot-launched, ram-air, aerofoil canopy which flies with the energy of wind, gravity and pilot’s power to steer. It descends due to gravity and ascends due to air pressure. With the help of air pressure, the pilot decides when and where to fly, soar, dive and eventually land it safely. In Nepal, you have a breathtaking depth of 700 meters or higher for the unparalleled Shangri-La that lies beneath the Himalayan range offering a scenic ecstasy of the valleys and lush green jungles combined with infinitive visibility of the crisp clear Himalayas all around, everything to add another dimension in your paragliding experience.

» CLOUDBUSTER

Cloudbuster is our most popular flight. There are 4 departure times throughout the day – at 9.30am, 11 am, 12.30pm and 2 pm. You don’t have to take the whole day out either as our turnaround time is just 2 hours. Perfect if you have a spare afternoon after returning from a trek. With this flight, you can expect the thrill of high flight as we thermal up above Sarangkot in the company of eagles & vultures. We land by the lake.

» XC FLIGHT

This offers you the chance to experience the ultimate in free flight – flying from one valley to another using thermals, clouds & birds to guide us along the way. This is an unforgettable journey around the Pokhara valley which will leave you feeling elated & speechless. Departure times are 11 am and 12.30am every day. As with the cloudbuster, we land beside the lake.

» SUPER XC

Available only in the spring months (Feb- April), the super XC is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will take you on a journey deep into the mountains to the north of the Pokhara valley, covering perhaps 30-50kms in distance, and ascending to dizzying heights. Our world-class pilots will happily take you on an amazing journey for 90-120 mins into the heart of the Annapurnas. You will need a strong sense of adventure and some warm cloth.
